Amie was born 22 April 1995 and went to live with my sister, Jill, shortly after coming to me at the age of 3 months.  Amie was spayed due to an undershot bite.  She has proven an invaluable companion for Jill, and is a very fast learner.  One of her favorite games is to take one tennis ball in her mouth, and push another one around the floor between her front legs.  She is very good with Jill's kitties, Lacy and Charlotte, and makes a great bedwarmer! 

Amie was Jill's first Belgian.  Not having a dog in the past, Jill decided to try obedience training, and I did the honors of taking Amie to the shows.  She amazed us all in obtaining her CD in three shows with a high score of 190, with only a few days practice.  What dog but a Belgian could do that!

In May 2000, Amie passed the test to allow her to become a therapy dog!  She and Jill occasionally visited a hospital near my sister's home, and had a wonderful time.
