Pasta & Red Bean Salad

This recipe has been around a long time.  We have NO idea where it came from originally!

2 cups raw pasta (shells or spirals; I use whole grain or whole wheat)

1 can (15oz) dark red kidney beans, drained

1 cup diced zucchini

1 green pepper, finely chopped

1 red tomato, chopped

1 yellow tomato, chopped

1/3 cup chopped green olives

1 cup plain fat free yogurt

¼ cup grated parmesan

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

½ teaspoon chili powder

½ teaspoon coriander

Salt & pepper to taste

Cook pasta, drain.  Mix in remaining ingredients.  Chill before serving.
