Multigrain Protein Snacks
Once again, we have used a recipe from Bob's Red Mill.
1-1/2 cups 5-Grain
Rolled Cereal
1/2 cup Honey
1/2 cup Wheat
Germ
1/2 cup Peanut Butter OR Almond Butter
2 Tb. Soy Protein Powder
2 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 cup Coconut, Shredded
Mix together all ingredients, except coconut. Shape into a long log and roll into shredded coconut. Wrap in wax paper and refrigerate until hard. Slice to serve.
Makes 15 no-bake servings.
